Individual Telehealth Therapy

Providing services via video conference telehealth for Individual Adults, Teens, and Adolescents ages 12+. All walks of life are welcome and supported in an acceptance and change-oriented alliance to ultimately help find healthy balance in your life.  

DBT Skills

DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) skills is an evidence-based practice that combines techniques for mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness to help you create a life worth living.

Individual Outdoor Therapy

Outdoor Therapy takes you into nature to bring about growth and change. This in-person approach includes: walk & talk therapy, hiking therapy or adventure therapy. Outdoor therapy, or mental health care held outdoors, is a behavioral treatment strategy that combines nature with traditional talk therapy.

Mindfulness is a skill that uses breathwork, grounding and being present to assist in managing high emotional states. It means being (intentionally) more aware of each moment and being fully engaged in what is happening in one's surroundings – with acceptance and without judgment.

Clinical Consultation

For Therapists: Offering professional consultation services for solo and group practice therapists. This includes providing support with clinical cases and creating/establishing an employee manual, policies & procedures, client intake paperwork, and more.
