Fees & Insurance

I believe therapy should be accessible. I meet with clients online and in the community.

Session Fees

Individual Telehealth or Outdoor Therapy Session $150 for a 50min appointment

Couples Telehealth or Outdoor Therapy Session $225 for a 50min appointment

Family Telehealth or Outdoor Therapy Session $250 for a 75min appointment

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment is required.

If you do not make prior arrangements, you will be charged the full session fee for the missed appointment.

Insurances Accepted

  • Aetna

  • IEHP

  • Kaiser

If you do not see your health insurance above, I work with Mentaya, a platform that helps you get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions. If you have out-of-network benefits, Mentaya will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed. You can sign up using this link: https://app.mentaya.com/register?p=EaagvHf47UFjaOnhzJ4z

Note: Mentaya's goal is to save you time and money. It's completely optional, and as a therapist I do not benefit in any way from your participation.

If you would prefer to pay out of pocket, we can discuss costs if a sliding scale fee is needed. Please note: I have limited sliding scale spots available at given times, please ask for details upon contacting me.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act (H.R. 133 -Effective January 01, 2022), health care providers need to give clients or patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to ask for and receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services, before your schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. For questions or more information about the Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
