Individual Outdoor Therapy
Outdoor Therapy takes you into nature to bring about growth and change. This in-person approach includes: walk & talk therapy, hiking therapy or adventure therapy. Outdoor therapy, or mental health care held outdoors, is a behavioral treatment strategy that combines nature with traditional talk therapy.

Mindfulness is a skill that uses breathwork, grounding and being present to assist in managing high emotional states. It means being (intentionally) more aware of each moment and being fully engaged in what is happening in one's surroundings – with acceptance and without judgment.
