Do you accept insurance for therapy sessions?
I am not contracted with any insurance companies. If you would like to seek reimbursement for your sessions, I can provide you a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement as some insurance providers will offer reimbursement for out-of-network therapists. I cannot guarantee reimbursement from your insurance company. You would need to contact your insurance for specific information about coverage for psychotherapy services. I also offer four sliding scale appointments at a time. You are free to ask me about this option however, please be aware, these spots may be full at the time of your asking.
3
What is your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment is required. If you do not make prior arrangements, you will be charged the full session fee for the missed appointment.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?
Under the No Surprises Act (H.R. 133 -Effective January 01, 2022), health care providers need to give clients or patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to ask for and receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services, before your schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. For questions or more information about the Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
